Frequently Asked Questions

 

How much does each item cost?

The price of each garment is typical of what you would find in a traditional retail store and our product options are constantly growing. If you woud like to see the full price list send an email to hello@myteamstore.com.au requesting a pricelist. 

 

Can I set my own prices?

Absolutely. You will earn 10%* of every sale from your team store so if you want to increase your earnings you can increase the sale price of any item you want (you can't reduce the costs though).

*10% commission is calculated as the sale price before GST - the price listed on the website will be inclusive of GST

 

When do I get paid?

You will receive your commission payouts once a month for all sales that occured in the previous month. You will also receive a report with a breakdown of the sales assocated with the payout.  

 

What's the difference between screen printing and digital printing?

Digital printing (also known as DTG) uses modified inkjet technology to print any graphic you want with excellent print quality. With DTG printing, the ink soaks into the garment itself and becomes part of the shirt. digital printing offers no minimums or setup fees. All orders placed through your team store will use this digital printing method. The print quality using DTG will last for many years.

Screen printing is still the king for large runs and/or when you need the very best print quality and durability but does require extra setup fees and has minimum order quantities. Screen printing will last for the life of the garment. For screen printing, please get in touch.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

All items ordered before 11am will be printed on that same businesss day. Orders made after 11am or on a weekend/public holiday will be printed the next business day. Standard shipping with Australia Post can take about 2 - 7 business days - some places outside metro may take a little longer. Express shipping options are also available to select at checkout

 

How should I wash my printed garments?

Digitally printed shirts will last for many years and there are ways to prolong the life of your custom print. We suggest the following care instructions:

  • Machine wash cold (or hand wash)
  • Gentle cycle only with mild detergents
  • Do not bleach
  • No fabric softener
  • Do not dry clean
  • Hang dry or tumble dry on very low settings

 

Can you print my design on sleeves?

Screen printing yep, no problems. Digital (or DTG), sorry, not yet!

 

Can I change what products are available in my store?

Yep, add, remove, update anything.... Too easy!. Just reach out and let us know what you'd like to change and we can get you sorted.

 

Can I get a store if I don't have a team?

Sure. My Team Store is for anyone who has a custom audience that they would like to provide custom designed apparel to.
